Initial response within 24-48 hours. We'll acknowledge your inquiry and ask any clarifying questions.
Consultation scheduling. We'll propose times for a detailed conversation about your project.
Discovery call or meeting. A focused session to understand your space, preferences, and goals.
Proposal delivery. Within one week of our consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

We typically schedule consultations two to three weeks out. For project start dates, booking one to two months ahead ensures availability, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.

Do you work with renters?

Absolutely. Many of our compact nook designs and furniture curation services are perfect for rental spaces, requiring no permanent modifications.

Can you work with my existing furniture?

Yes. We're happy to incorporate pieces you already own into our designs. Keeping beloved furniture often makes the space feel more personal.

What if I'm outside the GTA?

We offer virtual consultations and design-only packages for clients anywhere in Canada. For full-service projects outside the GTA, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
